- Receive a God-given vision
- Cast a God-given vision
- Continually communicate a God-given vision
3. A Cohesive Team-What the Leader's Doing
- To build a team
- To shepherd, develop, equip and empower
- To train more leaders
- To assign roles/responsibilities/expectations/authority
- To insure agreed upon outcomes are achieved
