Changes at “Leadership from the Heart.”

I created “Leadership from the Heart” in 2008 and have been adding content there since then. I have been practicing and teaching leadership for over 30 years, and I wanted to make content available to a wider audience for the glory of God!

Here you will find a leadership goldmine and a lifetime of inspiration. Everything on this website is absolutely free.

Many leaders use the content found here (Posts, Book Notes & Articles) for weekly discussions with the teams and staff they lead, as well sharing it with other leaders they know.

On this blog:

“Posts”

Here you will find my published posts from the past five years.

“Articles

There are over 100 articles on a variety of leadership issues.

“Book Notes”

There are over 100 leadership books for which I created book notes, which are 3-5 pages of the author’s best ideas (in my humble opinion) from the book. Golden nuggets as it were.

“Hand-Krafted books”

My books can be located, and ordered under this tab.

 “Seminar”

Information on how to have me come to your area to speak on “Leadership” can be found under this tab.

I am about as low tech as you can get.  I have all kinds of other ideas in my head about things I would like to do, or improve on, at “Leadership from the heart,” but no clue on how to do it.

Enter David Ondo, a young man at Mars Hill Orange County. I met David earlier this year in a class I was teaching and soon discovered he had the know-how, and passion to implement these ideas and also come up with some of his own. I thank the Lord for David’s willingness to serve me in this way.

So, here is a little of what’s changing, or about to change, at “Leadership from the Heart.”

-->All of the posts have been organized under the tab The Vault so you can quickly locate items of interest without having to scroll through the post section.  I had no idea that I had written around 250 posts, for which I am very grateful to Jesus.

-->We are creating a Phototab where I will place both pictures and videos that I think will be of interest to subscribers and frequent visitors to “Leadership from the heart.” I have trips to Germany, England and Puerto Rico in 2013 and want to capture the experience so you can rejoice with me over what the Holy Spirit is doing.

-->We are working on a video for the "Welcome" page that will give visitors an overview of what is on this site.

As new ideas come to David and me, we will continue to make changes and improvements that will, by His grace, continue to facilitate taking your leadership to a new level.

As some of you may know, I am privileged to write articles for The Resurgence, the largest (I am told) Christian leadership blog in the world. Here is a link: Dave's Resurgence Articles to all of the material I have been enabled to create on The Resurgence over the past few years.
